Enjoy both Tate galleries in London and a trip on the Tate Boat. Starting at Tate Modern with a general highlights tour of the permanent collection and learn some of the fascinating stories behind the works on display. Then take a trip along the Thames and find out more about the collection of art at Tate Britain

Mozart’s Cosi: A Comic Opera?

A non-technical and not-too-serious account of this masterpiece, its characters and story, with musical illustrations on the piano, focussing on the composer’s ability to express character and mood through music and with a brief look at the circumstances and context of its composition. Liverpool 13-15 September 2010

Three day trip to Liverpool, visiting Chester and Port Sunlight, including a visit to see the Anthony Gormley statues on Crosby beach. Visiting Little Moreton Hall for an exclusive tour on the way home.
