National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies
LDFAS is affiliated to the National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies (NADFAS). This was founded in 1968 by Patricia Fay and has expanded to over 340 societies in the UK and Europe and 28 in Australasia. Together the societies have over 90,000 members.
Individual societies are independent and organise their own programmes of lectures, study days and visits. Lecturers are approved by NADFAS and a very wide range of topics is covered.
